Give Feedback Online - Contact us via a trusted friend, carer or advocate if you need support.
You can give feedback:
- To share praise about a worker or service
- To recommend an idea, activity, or change
- To tell us how to improve (big or small issues)
- About accessibility, inclusion, team, or anything else
What Will We Do With Your Feedback?
- All feedback is logged, reviewed, and shared in team meetings
- Positive feedback is passed to the worker(s) involved (who love to hear it!)
- Suggestions or concerns are discussed with you (if you wish) before changes are made
- Big issues (complaints/safety risks) are handled through our formal complaint process and the NDIS Commission if needed
- If you want, we'll keep you updated on actions and improvements
Feedback does not affect your service, honesty is safe, encouraged, and valued—always.
Why Feedback Matters
- Improves safety & quality for you and the whole community
- Celebrates great staff—keeps them motivated
- Identifies gaps or barriers so we can remove them
- Creates a culture of honesty and growth
